A great project starts with the site. To secure the best sites we don't just treat sellers as a transaction. We want to understand their needs and goals so we can actually work with them and help them transition to the next property or location. They might want to stay in the same area, move closer to family, store their furniture and travel, or move to a lower maintenance property. There are many different ways in which we can help make this process easier for property owners.
WE AIM FOR SOLUTIONS WITH A WIN/WIN OUTCOME
Once we understand sellers motivations we can provide them with solutions that promote a smoother and less stressful process. This might include flexible or delayed settlement dates, staging the DA process, keeping their house and developing the rest of their land, or in some cases, partnering with property owners and completing the project together. We believe in win/win outcomes so that all parties benefit from the deal.
WE BALANCE community NEEDS & expectations
Growth is creating demand for housing in communities all over Australia, especially in South-East Queensland. Resisting change will only make the issues worse, but it is important to understand the concerns and expectations of the local community. We seek to balance the needs of growth with providing high quality neighbourhoods. This means we avoid developing areas that have strong environmental values or that are flood prone, even if Council allows it. We will not demolish properties with significant heritage or historical value, even if they are not protected. We measure good development outcomes by the liveability of the project not just the profit achieved.

ABOUT ME - AMANDA HIGGINS
I'm a Brisbane based property professional with experience in planning, economics, property research, development and real estate. I have worked on large and small development projects from a developer, consultant and Government perspective. My qualifications include a Bachelor of Economics, Bachelor of Arts (Politics) and a Masters in Urban Design and Development.
My Background
I have worked as a Brisbane Buyer's Agent for 5 years which provided in-depth market insights and allowed me to build a large network of property and development contacts. I now use my experience, qualifications and network to undertake development projects with my own team of professionals.
